If after five days you still haven’t received your parcel, this could indicate a problem. Be sure to include your order number or customer number so that your query can be processed. Our shipping team will then notify you as soon as possible of the current status of your order.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with your shipment details - this e-mail often automatically ends up in the Spam folder. You can track your shipment with this information. If something gets broken on the way, the parcel automatically gets sent back to us. DHL will also inform you about this using the shipment tracking system. This is also where you can set an alternative delivery date or specify a drop-off location for your parcel.
